MANAGING STRESS AND ANXIETY
Categories: Community
April 15, 2020 - We recognize the stress and anxiety these times might cause to members of our 91³Ô¹Ï community—especially those who have family members impacted by the virus or working on the frontlines to keep our wider community safe.
The tips on this poster below created by 91³Ô¹Ï Student Health & Counseling are helpful and timely in managing stress and anxiety. And, as a reminder tomorrow’s support circle will be held at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. This is an opportunity to gather with others for support and additional guidance.
If you’d like to join the support circle tomorrow, email women@unm.edu. It is so important at this time to stay connected to your friends and family members, stay healthy by social distancing, follow recommended CDC guidelines, and limit the amount of COVID-19 news you’re viewing each day. There are also many great wellness resources and recommendations posted almost daily at www.unm.edu/coronavirus.
We are here for each other as we continue our 91³Ô¹Ï mission.
